Conference Call Conduct and Protocols
All conference calls are conducted under conventions set forth by the Conference Call Guidelines (Needs to be completed). If you have not read and reviewed that page recently, please do so before joining a call to ensure a constructive and efficient discussion.
If you are the call moderator or OTA (Organic Transcription Apparatus), it is especially important to do so and to refer to the page throughout the duration of the call as it contains critical information related to your respective duties.
